Detailed project

NB: this form is filled entirely by the ones submitting the innovation.

What is the issue addressed?

60% of large electrical appliance purchases occur after a machine breaks. Users face various obstacles to repairs: identifying the problem; the accessibility, price and delivery times of spare parts; know-how; and the need for specific tools

How is the problem solved?

EverEver has designed a dishwasher that is made to last: easily reparable by the individual, upgradeable over time, eco-designed and made in France.

What is the customer target?

People who are exasperated by having to throw something out rather than repair it, because repairs are difficult and expensive. People who dislike the high repair costs proposed by after-sales service, or commercial pressure to extend their guarantee

How is this solution different?

Our product has a lego-style architecture, which makes it easy for people to repair it themselves, and supports upgrades
