Basé à Tours, nous accompagnons depuis 2011 des entreprises issues de l'ensemble des secteurs d'activité dans des démarches de conseil, coaching et formation. Nos projets sont co-construits avec nos clients et visent la montée en compétence et l'autonomie de ces derniers.

Le coaching est un domaine où les émissions de C02 sont basses. Le domaine du transport est celui sur lequel nous puissions avoir le plus d'impact. Nous refusons des missions dont le coup carbone lié au déplacement ne nous semble pas justifié. Nous avons intégré dans les devis un tarif préférentiel si le client s'adapte aux exigences de déplacement vélo+train du consultant. Egalement, nous avons stoppé des missions chez des clients qui n'étaient pas en phase avec nos valeurs pour nous rapprocher de ceux qui partagent le même engagement que nous.
