A help network that connects people who want to freely share objects and services.
We own so many items we barely use: lawnmowers, drills, kitchen appliances... Producing and delivering theses is an ecological waste. Merciki is a way to share these objects with your neighbours, instead of everyone buying the same things, which will then end up cluttering our garages.
Merciki is a digital help network where money does not exist that is designed to share, give and ask for objects and services. Our members exchange all of these between them using points called Mercis instead of money.
We want to help people who want to use what they already own to have a positive societal impact. We also help people who have financial issues, as everything on Merciki is free.
We are using an internal alternative money (the Mercis), and have a clear focus on environmental and social impact, including developing dashboards to measure it.
